Returns and Refunds

Product returns are accepted within 30 days if the product has not been used. Used products are not accepted and opened packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Please contact us about returning items we can always make acceptions. 

Refunds opportunities expire after 1 year of purchase for all products and services. This is for purchases services if your item is not recieved for service or a product was not recieved. It is the buyers responsibility to contact Sales@twosixengineering.com if an item or service has not been shipped or completed. 

It is the buyers responsibility to properly label all products sent for service with order number and tracking information.
